林城团队深入丛林，寻找长生不老药的秘密：紫光草，却见到一个神秘女eee。林城带走女孩，被巨蛇攻击，探险队团灭。林城带着女孩回到城市中。林城堕入事业低谷。他发现巨蛇来到城市，它体内有超强修复DNA，便开始抚养蛇女，根本目的是为了寻找巨蛇。林城与蛇女相处的过程中，两人萌发爱情。但追名逐利的林城还是利用她抓捕了巨蛇，带到实验室准备解剖。女孩带着巨蛇逃走，对林城心灰意冷。江总带着捕杀队前往丛林寻找巨蛇。林城幡然悔悟，他逃离队伍，在丛林中找到蛇女，恳求她相信自己，一起逃跑。最终，蛇女保护了这片丛林和巨蛇，自己却牺牲倒下。
