剧情：
世界公认的顶尖模特美织玲子（天海佑希 饰）凭借绝艳的美貌和充满神秘气息的魅力而受到举世关注，与此同时各种负面的花边新闻和恶劣的性格则将她一次次推向话题的最前沿。谁知就在某个夜晚，玲子陈尸家中，次日一早她的尸体被上门打扫的保姆太田道子（木村绿子 饰）发现。经警方鉴定，玲子 死于氰化钾中毒，此前被他悔婚抛弃的某医院内科部长笹原信雄（段田安则 饰）成为最大嫌疑人。未过多久，笹原落网，不过他在此之前列出了一个可能杀害玲子的嫌疑人名单。 此后不久，与玲子相关的人员有人自杀身亡。美人香消玉殒，她那绰约风姿背后的秘密依然深埋谷底…… 本片根据连城三纪彦的同名原著改编。
