剧情：
某傍晚，Amra开车时打电话撞倒了行人，导致对方处于昏迷状态。她是阿尔及利亚移民，尚未取得法国身份，因为此次意外，很有可能永远拿不到。绝望之时，陌生人Angélique为她作证，使她免除事件责任。俩人成为好友，并介绍给了Amra的丈夫和女儿。随着深入交往，Angélique坦白是做假证，她并没有在案发现场，只是为了获得证人奖励。Amra内心非常挣扎。当她得知撞倒的行人脱离昏迷，她由衷高兴。可Angélique却说行人醒了就会揭穿谎言，并不是好事。最后，当行人恶化身亡，Amra非常内疚，发现Angélique身上疑点重重，怀疑是她为了掩盖自己杀人而作证，为了伪装不在场证明。在一场汽车追逐戏里，Angélique的车坠下了悬崖。 Un soir, Amra, une jeune algérienne installée en France, renverse accidentellement un piéton.
