剧情：
出道已经12个年头的搞笑组合“房总Swimmers”始终无法大卖，两位搭档田中洋平（伊藤淳史 饰）和甲本孝志（小出惠介 饰）虽然是同窗好友，可面对窘迫的现状也渐渐变得无言以对。长江后浪推前浪，这对组合面临淘汰的命运。为了改变现状，甲本想出一个好办法，通过和田中写交换日记的方式，交流彼此当面无法道出的心事和秘密。内向的田中起初十分抵触，可最终也习惯了向搭档袒露心迹，并从中获得新的创作灵感。一年一度的“搞笑军团天下第一大赛”开幕在即，不敢失败的二人决定再度向梦想冲击。为了支持他们的朋友、爱人和同侪，这对不搞笑的搞笑组合踏上最后的征程…… 本片根据铃木收的小说《芸人交換日記〜イエローハーツの物語〜》改编。
